Accept Terms
By accessing the bd10 platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bd10 and its users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. bd10 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and will endeavor to notify users of any significant changes.
Continued use of the platform will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on bd10, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user is permitted one account only — creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any unusual activity, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
Failure to submit the required documents for KYC verification may result in restricted withdrawal access. bd10 reserves the right to verify user identity.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users must use the bd10 platform for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in any hacking activities.
- Collecting or misusing another user's account information.
- Using automated scripts or bots on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial misconduct.
Bd10 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for any violation of these rules and, where necessary, to notify the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Rules
All transactions on bd10 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made through supported payment methods.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal requests may take some time to process — first-time withdrawals in particular may require identity verification.
Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Full bonus terms are listed on the relevant offer page. bd10 reserves the right to hold any transaction it suspects involves fraud or abuse.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Other Matters

Intellectual Property: bd10's logos, designs, content, software, and all other intellectual property are owned by us. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit these assets.
Third-Party Links: Third-party services linked on the bd10 platform are governed by their own policies. bd10 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.
Account Suspension or Closure: In cases of terms violation, evidence of fraud, or account inactivity, bd10 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Any remaining valid balance will be handled in accordance with our established policy.
